Front Desk Coordinator | Purchasing Manager


Front Desk Coordinator

Job Type:  Full-Time

Hubble Homes, a leader in the homebuilding industry in Boise and throughout the Treasure Valley, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator.

Required experience / education:

  1. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  2. At least three years of Customer Service or Reception Experience;
  3. Possess excellent relationship and communication skills;
  4. Will present a positive image for the company;
  5. High School Diploma, some college preferred.  

The Front Desk Coordinator provides Hubble Homes’ first impression to callers and visitors, setting the tone for their experience with the company from their first phone call or office visit. The Front Desk Coordinator is tasked with providing an upbeat, positive customer experience. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits; salary dependent upon experience.

Primary duties include providing customer service for incoming telephone calls and walk-ins; managing daily mail; coordinating conference room reservations; maintaining reception, kitchen and lobby areas and conference rooms; maintaining office and break room supplies; and supporting the CEO Executive Assistant.

Purchasing Manager

Job Type:  Full-Time

Hubble Homes, a leader in the homebuilding industry in Boise and throughout the Treasure Valley, is expanding its operations department! We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager.

Required experience:

  1. Five years of experience in purchasing, preferably in residential and/or commercial construction. 
  2. A CPM designation is highly desirable. 
  3. Understand pricing and the impact on capital.
  4. Possess excellent relationship and communication skills.
  5. Will present a positive image for the company, be a win-win thinker and good negotiator.
  6. Will be creative and innovative, and respectful of co-workers, sub-contractors and suppliers.

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for ensuring Hubble Homes, LLC is purchasing quality materials, labor, and service at the most competitive rate available in the market.  The Purchasing Manager directs the activities of the purchasing department concerning the purchase of materials and subcontract labor to construct new homes.

This is a full-time position with competitive benefits; salary dependent upon experience.
