Estimator | Project Manager | Land Development Construction Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Required experience: 
• Estimating: 1 year
• Residential and/or commercial construction

We are seeking an experienced and detailed residential construction estimator.

Qualified candidate will prepare accurate take-offs, quantity estimates and purchase orders for new home construction. Candidate will maintain product database for budgets and purchase orders, and must monitor the accuracy of quotes submitted by vendors in addition to other quality control requirements. Experience with FAST homebuilder software program is ideal but not required. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits; salary dependent upon experience.

Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Required experience:

  • Experience in residential and/or commercial construction or subcontracting required.
  • College or vocational degree in construction management preferred. 
  • Computer skills are preferred (Microsoft Office, FAST).

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager.

Qualified candidate will oversee the daily management of subdivision house construction to ensure completion on schedule and as designed, while meeting or exceeding the expectations of our home buyers. Candidate must have the ability to clearly communicate on the jobsite to subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and other project managers.

Land Development Construction Manager

Job Type:  Full-Time

Required experience:

  • Must have experience in civil engineering, surveying and construction management, preferably in residential development. 
  • Boise City Responsible Person Certification

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Construction Manager.

Qualified candidate will supervise and manage the day-to-day site construction activities for Land Development projects. The Land Development Construction Manager will serve as the authority on construction methods and materials, construction standards, and company construction policies and procedures. Maintain knowledge of current applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, ISPWC, OSHA requirements and other legal restrictions. Manage Project SWPPP and conduct required inspections per the EPA General Permit, State and local requirements. Prepares project site cost estimates for project budgeting.
