Hubble Homes is passionate about the communities we build in and are excited to continue our tradition of charitable giving with our 2021 Hero Home. The kickoff event was held at Franklin Village community in Nampa on Wednesday, June 2nd 2021.
The event featured each charity that will be receiving the donation from the sale of the home. Each charity spoke on behalf of their organization and hammered a wooden board with their logo on it into the framework of the house. The boards will be drywalled over and remain a permanent fixture for years to come. The featured floorplan – the Garnet – has a 3-car garage, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
All of Hubble’s trade vendors, subcontractors and partners have graciously donated everything for this home. Including but not limited to; the land for the lot, the labor, and all of the materials make the largest donation possible to the seven nonprofit recipients.
The home is expected to be listed for sale this fall and all proceeds from the sale of the home will be donated to this year's seven valley charities: Care House Partnerships, Faces of Hope, Family Justice Center of Idaho, Hope House, JEMFriends, Love INC, and Valley Women & Children’s Shelter.
