Hubble Homes Land Department volunteers with Idaho Fish and Game
Last weekend, team members from the Hubble Homes Land Department volunteered with Idaho Fish and Game to plant native shrub seedlings on the north slopes of the Danskin Mountains.
These plantings are an effort to restore wildlife habitats that burned during recent wildfires — jump-starting nature’s recovery in critical areas for Idaho’s wildlife. When fires wipe out this habitat, nature needs a helping hand, either because the right conditions don’t exist for natural recovery, or there aren’t enough plants in the immediate vicinity of the burn area to reseed it.
Hubble Homes is proud to give back to the Treasure Valley and Idaho. Being part of the Idaho Fish and Game volunteer crew is just one of many occasions Hubble Homes lends a helping hand to our community. Armed with trowels, augers, knee pads, sagebrush, and bitterbrush seedlings the Hubble team had a blast scampering up and down hillsides to give nature that needed boost.
